Returns: How do I Return my Order?

to report any type of problem you encounter, and our customer-service team
will assist to resolve the problem.
Within the DFW metroplex

Product is damaged:
Please count and examine all packages at time of delivery. If there is a shortage,
please note how many cartons are short on the delivery receipt. If the cartons
are damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt. If concealed
damage is discovered, we will replace the damaged products with new products,
if notified within 15 days of delivery.
Product does not satisfy needs:
We request customers to please, first look at samples before placing the order.
However if you feel that the product will not meet your needs, we will try to
replace it with alternative products. If a return is still requested and is
within 15 days of purchase we will provide you with a full refund.
Outside the DFW metroplex

All items must be in original carton, and unused. There will be a 5% restocking
fee and customer will responsible for shipping costs for sending the products back.
Refund will be issued once product is received in our warehouse.
